Stephen Hart, Owner of Edenchanges
The owner of Edenchanges is Stephen Hart who has a background spanning the graphic design world, the legal industry and most recently the recruitment industry. A successful trainer and coach he has had a number of articles published in a variety of trade publications.
As a former headhunter and sales manager Stephen believes in results and for him training is only successful when it results in the delegates doing something different as a consequence of the training.
Stephen is an NLP Practitioner and uses his skills to inspire and motivate his delegates to take onboard the training provided and make positive changes.
For Stephen the great sales and personal development trainer and speaker Zig Ziglar summed it up perfectly when he said:

Mr. Hart, thank you for this inspiring message. I am printing it to have on my desk to reread. I hope to follow and read more from your blog. As 2009 begins I am in need of “hope building”, have been a very upbeat person all my life but I’m in a tough place today. Sold my company over a year ago, in a position I do not like and awaiting the offer papers for a position that I found after a year of self discovery. Been given a tentative start date of 3-1-09 but the waiting is killing me.
