Edenchanges Career Coaching When Employed Service Details
This is a personal one to one coaching service normally done in person over a half day.
The services provides you with personal, professional and experienced career guidance with the aim of helping you understand more clearly your strenghts, weaknesses and career direction.
Service contents:
- Clarification of the direction to take your career– including an analysis of the specific elements you want more, and less of, going forward
- Assistance defining your next career success points
- An examination of your strengths and weaknesses– including advice on how to strengthen your weaker areas
- A written career guidance report outlining the conclusions of the session and detailing suggestions on what to achieve and how to achieve it
Time scales and location
For individuals in the UK typically one half day meeting is held. This can either be held at the Edenchanges offices or at the individuals home, office or other chosen location.
For individuals living outside of the UK a single or series of phone calls would be planned, at a mutually convenient time, to cover the same material. Should an individual based outside of the UK wish for the service to be conducted in person then subject to the appropriate expenses being covered then this is entirely possible.
Fees
A single one off payment of £300 plus expenses. Expenses typically include only mileage (we are based in York) and parking fees. All expenses are agreed in advance.
