Edenchanges Career Coaching When Job Hunting Service Details
This is a personal one to one coaching service normally done in person over two half days combined with unlimited phone support and advice for the duration of your job hunting.
The services provides you with personal, professional and experienced recruitment guidance with the aim of making your job hunting successful; as soon as possible.
Service contents:
- Clarification of the direction of your job hunting – including an analysis of the specific elements you want in your next role
- An examination of the means you are currently employing to find work – including advice on any overlooked routes to market
- Review and assistance with the creation of your CV, personal presentation and brag file
- Interview preparation advice and guidance
- Specific advice relating to any current interviews you are attending – which is ongoing for all interviews you attend until your job hunting ends successfully
- Interview role-plays
- On going advice and support, over the phone, for the duration of your job hunting
Time scales and location
For individuals in the UK typically two half day meetings are held. These can either be held at the Edenchanges offices or at the individuals home, office or other chosen location. The two meetings would normally be held within 14 days of each other. If preferred a single full day meeting can be held.
For individuals living outside of the UK a series of phone calls would be planned, at a mutually convenient time, over 14 days to cover the same material. Should an individual based outside of the UK wish for the service to be conducted in person then subject to the appropriate expenses being covered then this is entirely possible.

Importantly Edenchanges does not make any wild claims or exaggerated promises. It cannot, and in it’s opinion no company should, guarantee that you will suddenly be inundated with job offers.
What is guaranteed is that the Edenchanges coaching service will aid you in your job search and will make it easier to remain positive and focused. You will be better prepared for job hunting, practised and prepared for interviews, understand recruitment principles better and finally be more positive and confident in yourself. And when the offers do start to come in you will have an independent third party to discuss them with to ensure you get not only the best job available but also the best job offer available.
Fees
A single one off payment of £550 plus expenses. Expenses typically include only mileage (we are based in York) and parking fees. All expenses are agreed in advance.
